  • Yes, Clean Slate is fully licensed & Insured for your peace of mind.

  • No. We arrive with professional-grade equipment and the supplies needed for your service. If you have specific products or surface preferences, we're happy to accommodate them whenever possible.

  • No. Many of our clients provide entry instructions and go about their day. We'll securely document your preferences and communicate with you before and after every visit.

  • Your satisfaction is important to us. If something isn’t right, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll work to make it right.

  • We proudly serve Washington, DC, Northern Virginia, Montgomery County, MD, and National Harbor area.

    Contact us if you're just outside of these areas, we may be able to accommodate.

  • Absolutely. You can modify or cancel bookings up to 24 hours in advance through your online account or by contacting our support team.

  • Yes. We're happy to work around pets and can accommodate any special instructions to help keep them comfortable and safe during your service.

  • The length of each visit varies depending on the size of your property and the service selected. We’ll provide an estimated timeframe when we prepare your quote.

  • Most homeowners choose weekly or bi-weekly service. Monthly service is also available for homes that require lighter maintenance.

  • You can schedule Standard Cleaning on a recurring basis so your home stays consistently clean without having to book each visit individually and get a discount on your service.

    Choose the frequency that works for your household, and manage your upcoming appointments through your Clean Slate account.

  • We don't offer a separate Deep Cleaning package because we don't believe you should have to upgrade to receive a thorough clean.

    Our Standard Cleaning already includes many of the details other services may reserve for upgraded cleaning packages.

    Homes that haven't been thoroughly cleaned recently or require specialized attention may require additional time, services, or charges.

  • No. Many of our clients provide access instructions so our team can clean while they're at work or away. You're welcome to be home if you prefer.

  • No. We arrive with professional-grade equipment and supplies unless you've requested we use specific products in your home.

  • Absolutely. Services like interior windows, inside appliances, laundry, or stubborn pet hair removal can be added to your appointment.

  • Every home is different. Timing depends on the size of your home, its condition, and the services requested. We'll provide an estimate before your appointment.

  • Yes. Our team is fully insured and professionally trained, giving you peace of mind while we're in your home.
